I’ve been there twice for sonogram and was treated very well by the staff. Waiting time wasn’t very long Maybe 15 -20 minutes on average. The main reason for 5 stars is that the report was very thorough and the sonogram was done meticulously. My doctor was impressed. Thank you Great Lakes Imaging for a job well done !

This place has been absolutely fantastic for 2 of my surgeries now. I am a dialysis patient and have had my ports put in and taken out. They are quick, the staff is amazing and the surgeons are great. Highly recommended

Awesome staff & great experience. The technicians and the doctor were friendly and accommodating. My MRI took less than an hour and the report was available 2 hours after leaving. I would recommend to anyone needing an MRI!

I had an ultrasound done on my leg here and it's the fastest appointment for this type of service that I've ever had. On top of that, every single member of the staff was extremely nice and very friendly. The location is also very convenient with plenty of parking space. The facility looked very nice and clean. I would highly recommend this place for your medical imaging needs!

What an awesome staff! The receptionist Teresa and Tyler were both the 2 nicest people. I didn't have to wait and was a great experience. I recommend this place highly!

I’m sure they do a very good job of x-rays. However, I was very very distressed at how crowded the Waiting Room was. When I asked if I can wait in my car I was given an abrupt “No. you have to be checked in.” But I WAS checked in! I wonder if the “No!” Was just because they didn’t want the bother of phoning me when they were ready, or the delay waiting for me
Also, they use very small “interim” waiting rooms...maybe 12’ x12’...while you wait for results, etc.
I was VERY nervous and I will not return here as long as Covid-19 is a risk
